Kevin Bress has established his own law firm with a partner, Bress Raut Law, serving central Maryland. Kevin has been practicing estate planning since 1993. His broad-based tax background serves his clients well when drafting wills, administering estates and giving elder law planning advice. He was an adjunct professor for the University of Baltimore Law School for 15 years where he taught Elder and Taxation Law in the school’s Masters and LLM Graduate Tax Program.
