Invest York Road is a bold initiative enabling community members to make small investments into a community-controlled fund that will be used to buy and redevelop commercial property along Baltimore’s York Road Corridor. Through their small investments, residents will be able to build wealth, and by maintaining ownership of the properties, the community will be able to nurture a vibrant commercial corridor with thriving businesses aligned with residents’ interests and needs.

Credit: In this class, we explore the reality and value of credit and how to use it to build personal wealth. You will learn how to examine credit scores, read and obtain credit reports, and build reasonable, while avoiding unhealthy, credit.
