In this class, you will learn about the benefits of community investing. We also introduce Invest York Road’s innovative investment model, a strategy for building community wealth through long-term community ownership of real estate.
Invest York Road allows community members to make small-dollar investments into a community-controlled fund that will be used to buy and redevelop commercial property along the York Road CorridoR.
This free class is led by financial educator volunteers with Invest York Road. There is a virtual and in person option for this class.
In person: September 21st from 5 – 6 pm at Enoch Pratt Free Library’s Govans Branch
Virtual: October 20th from 1 – 2 pm.
