Intro to Community Investing and IYR

In this class, you will learn about the benefits of community investing. We also introduce Invest York Road’s innovative investment model, a strategy for building community wealth through long-term community ownership of real estate. IYR allows community members to make small-dollar investments into a community-controlled fund that will be used to buy and redevelop commercial property along the York Road Corridor.
