Identity Theft: When Your Credit Score Isn’t Really Yours

For National Consumer Protection Week, the Office of Consumer Protection will be hosting CCCSMD, Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence, and the Office of Human Trafficking Prevention for an informative webinar on March 6, 2023 at noon.  Presenters will define identity theft, explain Maryland law, provide insights to the unique impacts of economic abuse on special populations: children and survivors of intimate partner violence and human trafficking, and provide references and resources for next steps.
