Purchasing a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your lifetime and MakingChange wants to make sure that you are prepared! Do you have a plan? Do you understand your credit and how lenders assess it? Do you know the loan process? Do you know the pros and cons of working with a realtor? Are you knowledgeable of the types of insurance associated with being a homeowner?
